弟子:如何開始改變習慣性心念模式?
師傅:重新做起。心念模式就好像一個交通系統,有許多大街與公路。遇到事情時,我們很自然地選擇最寬的超級公路。我們的反應是沒有時差的,所有的心念模式或交通不知為何已成了我們的第二天性。貌似我們無法改變它,可是我們必須慢下來,減慢習慣性心念模式的速度。我們得舉起一個限制車速的路標。我們可以開始數:1、2、3……來把自己慢下來。要是無法把心念的速度慢下來,就根本不可能改變它。
