夏天黃瓜食譜

 

 

 

 

夏天天氣熱,這是一個又快又健康的素食食譜。這道菜又好吃又容易做,希望你喜歡。

材料:

4 個小黃瓜(普通黃瓜則須削皮)

半杯素食美乃滋醬

1 包調過味的海苔片(見圖)

料理方法:

  1. 將小黃瓜切成 1 英寸長,4 分之 1 英寸寬
  2. 打開海苔片包裝,從中拿出 1 片海苔片
  3. 在海苔片的一面塗上一層素食美乃滋
  4. 將一塊小黃瓜捲入海帶即可食用
