「我們的我執束縛著我們內心的認知。當我們遇到現實的每一刻，我們都會跟據我們的認知來對現實下定義。此刻我們便已經扭曲了事實。我們的定義並非事實，這就是為什麼我們無時無刻都在扭曲事實。只有在我們放下我執、自我意識跟習慣性的思維模式的那一刻，我們 讓事實如實呈現，事實將自然顯露。在此時此刻，這就是沒有被扭曲的現實。」

「讓事實如實呈現……」非常有意思，不是嗎？我從來沒有想到過一旦我停止追逐它，它就在我的眼前，你覺得呢？

This is interesing and I think Master is right. My perception of reality is distorted so the reality that I perceive may not be the same as the next person which means it probably isn’t reality at all.
That is very true. Everyone creates his/her own reality. And each of them is very unique like everyone’s face. Interesting world.
