Calmness

We all want our lives to be free of difficulties. As always, however, the Mind is the source of life.
For example, how should you respond when people are shouting at you? Do you stand up for yourself and shout back? Which only causes more negativity. Instead, your mind should be like a mountain. Let the wind blow against you; let it pass around you. If you do that, you lose nothing.
People might think it is cowardly not to fight back, but they are wrong. If a dog barks at you, do you bark back?
