A student asked me, "Master, how can I let go of my attachments? If I let go, what will be left?" Consider the moon and the star. They continue to light the sky as you sleep. Their existence does not depend on whether you see them or not. The same is true when you let go of your definitions. The truth is always there. It never disappears. We lose the truth, the moment we try to define it, but the truth is present in every single moment. The truth is revealed to us when we cease our efforts to define it.
